Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were equipped with a terrace for dining al fresco and a full kitchen, offering a great level of convenience. The service, although limited at night, was accommodating and helpful. The location in a residential neighborhood about 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Florence was peaceful yet accessible, and the dining options were satisfactory. However, the lack of some facilities affected the overall experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, with a full kitchen equipped with all the utilities needed. The private walled balcony was a delightful touch, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The service, especially during the night shift, was exceptional, and the availability of housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, and pet amenities truly made me feel pampered. The location in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from the tram stop, was ideal for exploring Florence. Although the dining was not included in our rate, the steaks served were delicious. The facilities, including all the necessary equipment, were top-notch, providing a truly convenient and luxurious experience.
